I decided to start a blog to journal my ongoing exploration of sweet confections. After culinary school and the birth of my first son I started baking more and really enjoying it. After about a two year hiatus I am baking again and enjoying it even more. I have decided that every week I will try to make something new and blog about it. Triple Chocolate Treasures
Tonight I tried a new recipe for a triple chocolate cookie with a hidden treasure. If you are a chocolate lover these are for you. Double chocolate cookie with marshmallow and then covered in a chocolate fudge ganache.
So I finally tried one of these cookies......they are amazing. They are nice and soft and fudgey. Can't eat too many in one sitting though. They would go perfect with a nice eggnog latte. Mmmmmm
